Hello. My name is Cass.

I am a virtual assistant from the Philippines with over 10 years of experience in operations and administrative assistance, project management, process documentation, and customer service.

People describe me as a problem solver, resourceful, go-getter, creative, friendly, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

For nine years, I was part of a well-known multinational corporation providing support for a variety of consumer electronics products. My role has evolved from phone support to order management, quality analysis, technical writing, and eventually process improvement documentation.

Offline, I am a mom to River and Isla and a wife to Rowjie. I am also a rainbow head who has been to the base camp of Mount Everest. I love coffee and beer, hiking, traveling, music, and binge-watching TV series and documentaries.
